Regarding the Exercises
Before beginning an exercise read through it in its entirety. Then take the time to enter into a quite, mindful state before you begin.
It is best to do any exercise without the expectation of a result. Nor should you judge or be critical of your experience. An experience of value may take place that is barely perceptible. Sometimes our experiences will reveal themselves in thoughts, impressions, and even dreams sometime later. If you have a strong experience, allow it to unfold. You may gain additional understanding later. Exercises can become more useful with practice. Try them several times.
With any exercise you feel uncomfortable or ill at ease, just stop the exercise. Come back to your body and give thanks. The time or place may not be appropriate for you. You always have the right to say no to any exercise for any reason.
The exercises include a downloadable pdf file so that you can review them offline.
